Liverpool player Mohamed Salah shared his delight at extending his contract with the team.

The Egyptian admits that he plans to play for the club for at least two more years.

“Of course, I am incredibly happy. Our team is at its peak now, although we have had great players before. I signed the contract because I believe in our chances of winning trophies and enjoying the game.

This place has become special for me, my best years have passed here. Eight years at Liverpool, and I hope there will be ten of them. I enjoy life here and football. These have been the best years of my career.”

Salah also addressed the team’s fans.

“I want to thank the fans, I’m very happy to stay here. I signed the contract because I believe that together we can win many prestigious trophies. Continue to support us and we will give 100% to win even more trophies in the future,” said Salah.

This season, Mo has played 45 matches, scoring 32 goals and providing 22 assists.
